We have converted shipping containers into street food kiosks, restaurants, fashion boutiques, homeware stores, radio stations and even a barbershop. Give your business a space of its own, and benefit from joining the Pop Brixton community.
10 of our units are available at discounted rates for local start-ups and social enterprises, to support people who might not otherwise be able to pay for membership. We offer offices, retail and food units at 20% or 50% of the normal market price. If supported space is available, it will be highlighted below.

Complete and submit an application. As well as learning about your business, we’re also keen to find out more about your connection to the local area and the contribution you might make to the Pop Brixton community.
If your application is successful, we’ll invite you for an interview to learn more about your future plans. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask us questions and view the spaces available.
If offered a space, we’ll send you a Heads of Terms (HoTs) setting out, in principle, the agreed transaction. The HoTs need to be signed and returned by email in order to secure your space.
