Need to know: 

The unit costs £1,200 - £1,800 per month plus VAT

The deposit is 2 months’ rent in addition to 1 months’ rent being payable up front. 

The unit is approximately 120sq ft.

You will need to be open from 10am onwards daily. 

Additional costs: 

Electricity is charged in arrears per month based on metered usage

Business rates, if applicable, are charged directly by Lambeth Council.

There is WiFi in all public areas for light internet use. Each unit is prewired for internet - you can bring your own router to set up a private wifi network at no monthly charge.
