Need to know: 

The unit cost is £1,500 per month + VAT or 15% revenue share, whichever is higher.

The deposit is 2 months’ rent in addition to 2 months’ rent being payable up front. 

The unit is approximately 120sq ft.

You will need to be open from 11am for prep and from 12pm onwards serving to the public daily. 

Additional costs: 

Electricity is charged in arrears per month based on metered usage.

Gas is charged in arrears based on agreed usage per month.

Business rates, if applicable, are charged directly by Lambeth Council.

There is WiFi in all public areas for light internet use. Each unit is prewired for internet - you can bring your own router to set up a private wifi network at no monthly charge.
