Pop Brixton is now home to 55 independent businesses including restaurants, retailers, makers, street food traders, designers, digital start-ups, a community barbershop, a youth radio station and a number of social enterprises.
We aren’t here to give high street brands another storefront. All our Members are independents, most come from Brixton and Lambeth and many of them are start-ups entering their first permanent premises.

Offices from £650 + VAT per month
The Pop Brixton shipping containers are a blank canvas to make your business home - whether that’s as an office, a recording studio, a radio station or more! With views over the main square and out across Brixton, they vary from 124-260 sqft.
Restaurant units from £2,250 + VAT per month (or 12.5% revenue share, whichever is higher)
Pop Brixton has been home to many a startup foodie success story. Could it be the place that yours begins? Our shipping container restaurants are 260sqft, with space for a kitchen and seating.
Retail units from £1,200 - £1,800 per month + VAT (or 10% revenue share, whichever is higher)
Sell your goods from a retail unit at Pop Brixton. Whether you're a fashion designer, tattoo artist, Japanese knife-maker or more, our 124sqft retail units are a fantastic place to make and sell. There is also one Supported Retail Unit available, at a reduced rent (typically 35-50% of the full market price).
